Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Orient Asset LLC ("we", "us") collects through orientasset.biz and how we use it. Orient Asset LLC is a limited liability company licensed by the Sharjah Media City Free Zone Authority, United Arab Emirates, licence 2219843.01, registered at Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, UAE, P.O. Box 513768.

What we collect

  • Enquiry form. Name, company, email, phone number, the topic you choose and the message you write. The form is stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, and delivered to our mailbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an email relay service.
  • Email and WhatsApp. Whatever you send us, plus your address or number.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider records IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request for security and error diagnosis, for a limited period.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested. The map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps and loads only when you scroll to it.

Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and, if you become a customer or supplier, to prepare offers, contracts and shipping documents.
  • To meet legal obligations, including know-your-customer checks required by UAE anti-money-laundering rules and by our banks.
  • To keep the site secure and working.

Who we share it with

Service providers that host the site and our email (Netlify, Zoho), logistics partners and banks where needed to execute a contract, and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted within 12 months. Contract and shipping records are kept for the period required by UAE commercial and tax law, currently at least five years.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use, by writing to ceo@orientasset.biz. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Mobile apps

Apps published under the Meteor AI Apps label have their own privacy policy, available at meteoraiapps.com and inside each app.
