Product specification, drawings or part numbers, quantity, target price and delivery point.
Supplier shortlist
Two to three qualified manufacturers or distributors with quotes, lead times and references.
Samples and inspection
Samples, factory audit or pre-shipment inspection by a third party where the value justifies it.
Contract and payment
Orient Asset LLC contracts with you as seller and with the supplier as buyer; you deal with one UAE counterparty.
Shipment and documents
Transport booked, export documents, certificate of origin and any product certificates collected.
Delivery
Goods delivered to the agreed Incoterms point; warranty and claims handled through us.
